Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – mince Meat
• 2 – Onions
• 2 tbsp – green chilli-coriander leaves paste
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1 tbsp – Red Chilli powder
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – coriander powder

Method:

  1. Wash mince meat, drain.
  2. Grind shallow – fried onion and add to mince meat.
  3. Add green chilli-coriander paste.
  4. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  5. Marinate for 1-2 hours and shape into balls.
  6. Deep fry on medium flame.
  7. Serve with salad and chutney.
