Ingredients:

• 1 each – green, red and Orange Capsicums
• 1 – large Potato
• 5 – 6 – Cauliflower florets
• 1 – Carrot
• 1 – Onion
• 1 tbsp – Olive oil
• 2 tbsp – tawa baji masala
• 1 pinch – Sugar
• Onion rings
• Spring onion leaves

Method:

  1. In a kadai, saute the onions by adding 1 tbsp of olive oil.
  2. Add chopped capsicum (all 3 colors)
  3. Cook potato, cauliflower and carrot separately and once the capsicum is done, add the vegetables.
  4. Add salt.
  5. Finally add the tawa bajji masala and 1 pinch of sugar and mix well.
  6. The kadai bajji is ready.
  7. Can garnish with onion ring and finely cut spring onion leaves.
