
Ingredients:
• 1 kg – boneless Mutton
• 3-4 tbsp – refined oil for frying
• Whole garam masalas ( 2 cardamoms, 2 cinnamon, 4-5 cloves)
• 1 tbsp – salt
• Grind into smooth paste:
• 50 g – Cashew nuts
• 50 g – Khus Khus
• 4-5 Cloves – Garlic
• 7-8 – Green chillies
• 1 -small chopped Onion
• 1/4 cup – of Curd
Method:
- Marinate the mutton pieces with salt and ground masalas for 2 hours.
- Heat 4-5 tbsp of oil in the pressure cooker.
- Add the garam masalas, let them to crackle.
- Add the marinated mutton and fry it on slow flame for 10 mins.
- Cook for 2-3 whistles.
- Simmer it for sometime
- Serve.
