Ingredients:
• 2-3 – Carrots big, Orange and juicy
• 1 cup – Sugar
• 1.5 cup – Milk
• Some elaichi powder
• Kaju for garnishing
Method:
- Wash and peel the skin of the carrots.
- Cut it into small pieces and boil them till they becomes soft.
- Grind these pieces with milk and 2 tsp water after draining the excess water. Then add sugar.
- Once it acquires a smooth consistency, add the elachi powder and grind once again for a minute.
- Cool for an hour in the fridge and add the kaju pieces just before serving.
