Ingredients:
• 1 bunch – kale Leaves
• 1 cup – Tuvar dal
• 3 – 4 – Green chillies
• 1 tsp – mustard
• 1 tsp – Jeera
• 1 tsp – Chana dal
• 1 tsp – Urad Dal
• 1 tbsp – oil
• Salt to taste
• Cilantro to garnish
Method:
- Cook tuvar dal in pressure cooker.
- In a pan, heat oil, add mustard, jeera, chana dal and urad dal.
- Fry till the dal turns golden brown.
- Now add green chillies and chopped kale leaves.
- Keep stirring till the leaves wilt completely.
- Add the cooked dal and salt.
- Cook covered for at least 40 minutes or until the leaves are cooked well.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve with rice or chapatti.
