
Ingredients:
• 2 – 3 – Bitter gourd
• Salt – according to taste
• 2 tbsp – vegetable oil
• 2 tsp – black pepper
Method:
- Cut bitter gourd into two pieces, add salt in the filing (according to taste).
- Keep aside for 10 – 15 minutes.
- Fry them in deep oil.
- Remove them till they turn crispy and little brownish.
- Take a hollow vessel, add some oil and add the fried bitter gourd to this oil.
- Now add some water according to the quantity of bitter gourd.
- When the water starts boiling, cover the vessel with a lid and cook it on slow flame for about 10 mins.
- Add black pepper to this.
- Eat with kichadi or chapatti.
- Tastes delicious and easy to make.
