Ingredients:
• 1 medium tothapuri Mango raw (any other variety which is sweet and sour)
• 1 large Onion
• 2 small tender Cucumbers
• 1 tsp – fresh coriander finely chopped
• 1/2 tsp- cumin powder
• 1/4 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• salt to taste
• 1 pinch Asafoetida
• 2 pinches black salt powdered
Method:
- Chop mango, onion, cucumber very fine.
- Mix all in a large salad bowl along with other ingredients.
- Chill for 20 minutes before serving.
