Ingredients:

• Curd – 1 cup
• Besan – 1 tbsp
• Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
• Ajwain – 1/2 tsp
• Salt to taste
• For pakoda:
• Besan – 1 cup
• Onion – 1
• Green chillies – 2 to 3
• Ginger – 1 inch piece
• Coriander leaves – a bunch
• Oil for frying
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mix the ingredients for pakoda with a little water and deep fry in oil to make pakodas.
  2. In a bowl, mix besan with curd and blend.
  3. In a kadai heat a little oil, season with ajwain and add turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt and add the curd into the mixture.
  4. Allow it to boil for sometime, add in the pakodas, heat through and serve.
