Ingredients:

• 1 kg- prawns.
• 1 cup- Coconut gratings/powdered Coconut.
• 8- red chillies.
• 2 tbsp – Tamarind powder.
• 1 tsp- Turmeric powder.
• 1 tsp -coriander seeds.
• 2 -onions.
• 2 -green chillies (optional).

Method:

  1. Grind the coconut, chillies, tamarind, turmeric and coriander seeds and keep it aside.
  2. Add a little water when you grind.
  3. Fry the chopped onion in a little oil.
  4. When it is browned, add the ground masala and fry for some time.
  5. Next add the prawns salt and green chillies and some water. Cook until the prawns are done.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
