Ingredients:
• 250 g – Kheema
• 2 – Onions, small
• 1 – Tomato, medium sized
• 1 tbsp – Fresh Green peas
• 1 tsp – Ginger-garlic paste
• 2 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tbsp – Oil
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Put oil in a kadai or a frying pan.
- Add a pinch of turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste and finely chopped onions in hot oil.
- Saute onions till light brown.
- Add finely chopped tomato.
- Saute till cooked properly.
- Add chilli powder and Garam Masala.
- Stir well and add kheema to it.
- Stir mixture till oil leaves the sides.
- Add some water to cook the Kheema.
- After it is properly cooked, add salt and green peas.
- Stir well and serve with hot parathas or rotis.
