Ingredients:

• 250 g – Kheema
• 2 – Onions, small
• 1 – Tomato, medium sized
• 1 tbsp – Fresh Green peas
• 1 tsp – Ginger-garlic paste
• 2 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tbsp – Oil
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Put oil in a kadai or a frying pan.
  2. Add a pinch of turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste and finely chopped onions in hot oil.
  3. Saute onions till light brown.
  4. Add finely chopped tomato.
  5. Saute till cooked properly.
  6. Add chilli powder and Garam Masala.
  7. Stir well and add kheema to it.
  8. Stir mixture till oil leaves the sides.
  9. Add some water to cook the Kheema.
  10. After it is properly cooked, add salt and green peas.
  11. Stir well and serve with hot parathas or rotis.
