Ingredients:
• Keema – 1/2 Kg
• Ginger paste – 2 tsp
• Garlic paste – 2 tsp
• Cloves and Cinnamon – 1/2 tsp
• Green chillies – 5
• Channa dal – 1/4 cup
• Onions – 1 big
• salt
• Coriander leaves
• Ingredients for the gravy:
• 1/2 cup – Coconut
• Ginger-garlic paste- 2 tsp
• Onion – 1
Method:
- Grind kheema, green chillies, cinnamon and cloves.
- Mix the rest of the ingredients and make small balls.
- Cook the keema balls in water for 10 mins.
- Heat another pan, add 2 -3 tsp of oil and saute garam masala and onion.
- Add coconut paste, red chilli powder and ginger-garlic paste.
- Make a thick gravy .
- Add the kheema balls and boil for half an hour.
