
Ingredients:
• 1 kg – Rice, boiled
• 100 gms – Rice, raw
• 600 gms – Jaggery
• 1/4 tsp- Cardamom powder
• 2 – Coconuts, juice, fresh
• 10-15 – Almonds
Method:
- Soak the rice for 30 minutes.
- Then grind it into a paste and mix it with the coconut juice of the fresh coconuts to make a batter.
- Now combine the batter with the jaggery and grind it again.
- Then boil this mix until everything is cooked into a thin consistency.
- Garnish with grated almonds.
