Ingredients:

• 1 kg – Rice, boiled
• 100 gms – Rice, raw
• 600 gms – Jaggery
• 1/4 tsp- Cardamom powder
• 2 – Coconuts, juice, fresh
• 10-15 – Almonds

Method:

  1. Soak the rice for 30 minutes.
  2. Then grind it into a paste and mix it with the coconut juice of the fresh coconuts to make a batter.
  3. Now combine the batter with the jaggery and grind it again.
  4. Then boil this mix until everything is cooked into a thin consistency.
  5. Garnish with grated almonds.
