Ingredients:
• 4 oz – kimchi
• 1 – Potato
• 2 oz – Tofu
• 1 – Egg
• 1 tsp – chopped Garlic
• 1/4 cup – flour
• Salt
• Ground black pepper
• Oil
Method:
- Chop kimchi finely.
- Boil potato and mash it.
- Squeeze water out from tofu and crumble.
- In a big bowl, put kimchi, potato, tofu, flour, egg, chopped garlic, salt, ground black pepper and mix well.
- Coat skillet with oil, and place several chunks and fry till done.
- Serve hot.
