Ingredients:

• 4 oz – kimchi
• 1 – Potato
• 2 oz – Tofu
• 1 – Egg
• 1 tsp – chopped Garlic
• 1/4 cup – flour
• Salt
• Ground black pepper
• Oil

Method:

  1. Chop kimchi finely.
  2. Boil potato and mash it.
  3. Squeeze water out from tofu and crumble.
  4. In a big bowl, put kimchi, potato, tofu, flour, egg, chopped garlic, salt, ground black pepper and mix well.
  5. Coat skillet with oil, and place several chunks and fry till done.
  6. Serve hot.
