
Ingredients:
• 900g kiwi fruit
• 1/2 Lemon
• 1 juice Orange
• 40g sugarfree powder
Method:
- Squeeze the half lemon and the orange.
- Pour the juice into a salad bowl.
- Peel the kiwi fruit and reduce into a smooth puree in the blender.
- Add the sugarfree powder and mix thoroughly then pour mixture into the ice cream churn. Freeze.
- Serve the sorbet with thin slices of orange, with a passion fruit puree or with a selection of fruits when in season.
- Can be eaten with biscuits.
