Ingredients:

• 250 g – Wheat flour
• 200 g – rock Sugar (misri) ground
• 200 g – Ghee
• 1 tbsp – almonds, chopped in slivers
• 1/2 tsp – Cardamom powder

Method:

  1. Sieve the wheat flour through a fine mesh.
  2. Put ghee in a pan, add flour.
  3. Stir fry till flour is pinkish in color and aroma is released.
  4. Allow it to cool to room temperature.
  5. Mix together roasted flour, sugar, cardamom powder and almonds.
  6. Press down in an airtight container, and cool very well before serving
