
Ingredients:
• 250 g – Wheat flour
• 200 g – rock Sugar (misri) ground
• 200 g – Ghee
• 1 tbsp – almonds, chopped in slivers
• 1/2 tsp – Cardamom powder
Method:
- Sieve the wheat flour through a fine mesh.
- Put ghee in a pan, add flour.
- Stir fry till flour is pinkish in color and aroma is released.
- Allow it to cool to room temperature.
- Mix together roasted flour, sugar, cardamom powder and almonds.
- Press down in an airtight container, and cool very well before serving
