Ingredients:

• ½ kg – Wheat flour
• 3 cups – Sugar
• 1.25 cup – Ghee

Method:

  1. Heat ghee in a heavy bottomed vessel.
  2. Fry the flour on a low flame, stirring continuously till aromatic and golden in color.
  3. Remove from the stove and add sugar.
  4. Let it cool.
  5. Store in an airtight container.
