Kuttu Atta Poori is made from Buckwheat flour to eat specially during the fasts. Here is the Kuttu Atta poori recipe that is made with mashed potatoes. Enjoy kuttu atta poori with yogurt in your navratri fasting.
Ingredients
– 2 cup Kuttu Ka Atta (buckwheat flour)
– 1 tablespoon coriander leaves
– 1 boiled potato
– Rock salt to taste
– Warm water
– Oil for deep frying
How To Cook?
1. Boil and mash the potatoes.
2. Now, in a bowl mix mashed potatoes with buckwheat flour, rock salt and coriander leaves and knead well with warm water and make a smooth dough.
3. Keep the dough aside for 10-15 minutes.
4. Now, make small bowls from the dough and roll them into small round poori. Repeat the procedure for all the dough balls.
5. Then, Heat the oil in a frying pan. Place the poories one by one into oil and deep fry the poories from both side.
6. Serve hot Kuttu Atta Poori with yogurt or Aloo Jeera.
