Ingredients

wheat flour 1 small cup
all purpose flour 1 small cup
carom seeds 1/2 tsp(Ajwain) ,
salt as per taste
5-6 tbsp melted ghee
mix well all ingredient
( you can only use Maida or All purpose flour)

How To Cook?

Add little warm water gradually as required to knead a thick dough.
Keep aside for 15 minutes.
Mix the dough again to get smooth texture.
Take a medium size portion of the dough & Make a round ball.
Roll out the dough like a thin Roti.( shown in pic )

Add some amount of oil & spread all over then sprinkle some red chili powder powder, cumin pepper powder and little salt
( see pic )
Now Roll it gently & cut into small pieces with the help of knife & make a round ball out of it.( see pic .)
Roll it like mini puri & prick it with the fork.
Deep Fry them until they turn golden and crisp over medium to low heat.

Remove them from oil and transfer them on a absorbent paper

Let them cool completely then enjoy with T/ store in air tight container !
