Ingredients:

• 1 – garlic, whole bulb
• 3 tbsp – Lime juice
• 12 – Green chillies
• Salt to taste
• A bunch – coriander
• 1 tbsp – oil for frying

Method:

  1. Peel the garlic cloves and fry them with the green chillies, until slightly brown.
  2. Remove from pan and grind the garlic and chillies with salt, lime juice and coriander.
  3. Grind to a thick consistency.
