
Ingredients:
• 1 – garlic, whole bulb
• 3 tbsp – Lime juice
• 12 – Green chillies
• Salt to taste
• A bunch – coriander
• 1 tbsp – oil for frying
Method:
- Peel the garlic cloves and fry them with the green chillies, until slightly brown.
- Remove from pan and grind the garlic and chillies with salt, lime juice and coriander.
- Grind to a thick consistency.
