
Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – liver (goat) (cut into small pieces)
• 2 – onions, medium sized
• 1 tbsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1.5 tbsps – chilli powder
• 1 tbsp – Dhania powder
• 3 – Green chillies
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice
• Mint and coriander
• Salt to taste
• 4-5 tbsp – oil
Method:
- Mix liver with salt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder, dhania powder and marinate for 10-15 mins.
- In a thick bottomed vessel add oil, add sliced onions.
- Fry until golden brown.
- Now, add marinated liver to it and keep stirring.
- Don’t add any water, allow it to fry in the oil only.
- Fry the liver till done and garnish it with mint and coriander leaves.
