Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – liver (goat) (cut into small pieces)
• 2 – onions, medium sized
• 1 tbsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1.5 tbsps – chilli powder
• 1 tbsp – Dhania powder
• 3 – Green chillies
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice
• Mint and coriander
• Salt to taste
• 4-5 tbsp – oil

Method:

  1. Mix liver with salt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder, dhania powder and marinate for 10-15 mins.
  2. In a thick bottomed vessel add oil, add sliced onions.
  3. Fry until golden brown.
  4. Now, add marinated liver to it and keep stirring.
  5. Don’t add any water, allow it to fry in the oil only.
  6. Fry the liver till done and garnish it with mint and coriander leaves.
