
Ingredients:
• Fresh lychees – 2 cups, peeled
• Unsweetened Apple juice – 1 cup
• Ginger – a thin slice
Method:
- Remove the seeds from lychees and place in a sauce pan.
- Pour apple juice on them.
- Add ginger slice and simmer gently for 3-4 minutes.
- Cool and place in the refrigerator.
- Serve cold.
