Ingredients:
• 2 tbsp – sesame seeds
• 2 tbsp – Poppy Seeds
• 8 tbsp – scrapped dry Coconut
• 8 tbsp – Coriander seeds
• 1 tsp – Cinnamon
• 1 tbsp – Cloves
• 1/2 tsp – nagkeshar, optional
• 1 tsp – peppercorns
• 10 – black Cardamoms
• 8 – Bay Leaves
• 1 tsp – oil
Method:
- Roast cloves, peppercorns, cardamom and cinnamon in just a little oil.
- Dry roast all other ingredients separately and grind all to a fine powder.
- Store in an air tight container.
