Ingredients:

• 1 kg – American Corn (boiled and chopped)
• 1 litre Milk
• 200 gms – whole dried mava
• 2 cups Sugar
• 2 tsp – Ghee
• 1/2 cup – mixed dry fruits (sliced)
• 1/2 tsp – Cardamom powder

Method:

  1. Take milk and chopped corn in a heavy bottom kadai/deep saucepan and bring to boil.
  2. Cook over medium heat until the milk dries up.
  3. Keep stirring the mixture occasionally to prevent charring.
  4. Add sugar, cardamom powder and 1/4 cup of dry fruits and stir continuously for 5-7 mins.
  5. Add ghee and mava. Stir well and fry on low heat until ghee starts separating.
  6. Garnish with remaining dry fruits and serve hot.
