
Ingredients:
• 1 kg – American Corn (boiled and chopped)
• 1 litre Milk
• 200 gms – whole dried mava
• 2 cups Sugar
• 2 tsp – Ghee
• 1/2 cup – mixed dry fruits (sliced)
• 1/2 tsp – Cardamom powder
Method:
- Take milk and chopped corn in a heavy bottom kadai/deep saucepan and bring to boil.
- Cook over medium heat until the milk dries up.
- Keep stirring the mixture occasionally to prevent charring.
- Add sugar, cardamom powder and 1/4 cup of dry fruits and stir continuously for 5-7 mins.
- Add ghee and mava. Stir well and fry on low heat until ghee starts separating.
- Garnish with remaining dry fruits and serve hot.
