Ingredients:

• 3-4 small raw mangoes
• 1-2 Green chillies
• 1 cup grated Coconut
• 1 cup Curd or yogurt
• For seasoning:
• 1 tbsp oil
• 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
• 1/2 tsp Methi seeds

Method:

  1. Cut the mangoes and remove the seed.
  2. Grind together the mangoes, green chillies, curds and coconut without adding water, so that the consistency remains thick and the texture a little rough.
  3. Heat oil, add mustard and methi seeds and when they begin to splutter, add them to the above mixture.
