Ingredients:
• 500 g – yogurt
• 3 tbsp – Mango jam
• 1 tsp – roasted Pista
• 1 tsp – roasted melon seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 2 tbsp – Sugar
Method:
- Mix sugar with the yogurt, pour it into a muslin cloth and hang to drain for 4-5 hours.
- Then remove the yogurt from the cloth, add the mango jam and beat well, until the jam is mixed evenly.
- Add pista, melon seeds and cardamom powder.
- Chill and serve with a dollop of jam.
