Ingredients:

• 500 g – yogurt
• 3 tbsp – Mango jam
• 1 tsp – roasted Pista
• 1 tsp – roasted melon seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 2 tbsp – Sugar

Method:

  1. Mix sugar with the yogurt, pour it into a muslin cloth and hang to drain for 4-5 hours.
  2. Then remove the yogurt from the cloth, add the mango jam and beat well, until the jam is mixed evenly.
  3. Add pista, melon seeds and cardamom powder.
  4. Chill and serve with a dollop of jam.
