Ingredients:

• 6 – alphonso mangoes
• 800 g – Sugar
• 2 – Lemons juice

Method:

  1. Peel and chop the mangoes into small pieces.
  2. Add sugar and cook in a heavy bottomed vessel on a low flame. Stir continuously.
  3. When the mixture thickens add little lime juice and mix well.
  4. Cook for few more minutes.
  5. Cool and store in dry bottles.
