
Ingredients:
• 6 – alphonso mangoes
• 800 g – Sugar
• 2 – Lemons juice
Method:
- Peel and chop the mangoes into small pieces.
- Add sugar and cook in a heavy bottomed vessel on a low flame. Stir continuously.
- When the mixture thickens add little lime juice and mix well.
- Cook for few more minutes.
- Cool and store in dry bottles.
