Ingredients:

• Choose one or more of the following veggies.
• Celery, cucumber, carrots, radishes, Turnips
• 2 tsp- Lemon juice
• 1 tsp – Sugar ground
• 1/2 tsp- grated Ginger
• 1/2 tsp – pepper powder
• 1 tbsp – Vinegar

Method:

  1. Cut into fingers, about 2 inches long.
  2. Mix all other ingredients.
  3. Pour over vegetables, toss till evenly coated.
  4. Keep aside for 30 minutes to marinate. Refrigerate.
  5. Serve chilled with hot or cold soups.
