Ingredients:
• Choose one or more of the following veggies.
• Celery, cucumber, carrots, radishes, Turnips
• 2 tsp- Lemon juice
• 1 tsp – Sugar ground
• 1/2 tsp- grated Ginger
• 1/2 tsp – pepper powder
• 1 tbsp – Vinegar
Method:
- Cut into fingers, about 2 inches long.
- Mix all other ingredients.
- Pour over vegetables, toss till evenly coated.
- Keep aside for 30 minutes to marinate. Refrigerate.
- Serve chilled with hot or cold soups.
