Ingredients:

• 1 cup – all purpose flour
• 1/2 cup – Butter
• 2 tsp – Sugar
• Salt to taste
• 3/4 tsp – baking powder
• 3 tsp – mixture of hot peppers (chopped), Curry leaves (chopped), Ginger (grated), Cilantro (chopped), Mint (chopped)
• 2-3 tsp Yogurt

Method:

  1. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Cut the butter in with the flour, and add sugar.
  3. Do not knead. It must be of bread crumb consistency.
  4. Mix in the chopped peppers, curry leaves, ginger, cilantro and mint. Add yogurt and mix well.
  5. Roll the dough to 1/8 inch thickness and cut into desired shapes.
  6. Place on a baking sheet 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes or till done.
