Ingredients:
• 1 cup – all purpose flour
• 1/2 cup – Butter
• 2 tsp – Sugar
• Salt to taste
• 3/4 tsp – baking powder
• 3 tsp – mixture of hot peppers (chopped), Curry leaves (chopped), Ginger (grated), Cilantro (chopped), Mint (chopped)
• 2-3 tsp Yogurt
Method:
- Mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Cut the butter in with the flour, and add sugar.
- Do not knead. It must be of bread crumb consistency.
- Mix in the chopped peppers, curry leaves, ginger, cilantro and mint. Add yogurt and mix well.
- Roll the dough to 1/8 inch thickness and cut into desired shapes.
- Place on a baking sheet 2 inches apart.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes or till done.
