Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup – Milk
• 450 g – sweet Corn kernels, whole
• 3 tbsp – plain flour
• 2 – eggs
• 2 tbsp – finely chopped Onion
• 1/2 tsp – pepper
• 2 tsp – green chillies, minced
• salt to taste
• 5 tbsp – oil

Method:

  1. Beat eggs well. Mix in milk and flour and beat well.
  2. Add chillies, onion, salt and pepper. Stir in drained corn. Heat oil for shallow frying
  3. Drop tbspfuls full of batter into hot oil and fry till browned on both sides. Serve hot.
