Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – Milk
• 450 g – sweet Corn kernels, whole
• 3 tbsp – plain flour
• 2 – eggs
• 2 tbsp – finely chopped Onion
• 1/2 tsp – pepper
• 2 tsp – green chillies, minced
• salt to taste
• 5 tbsp – oil
Method:
- Beat eggs well. Mix in milk and flour and beat well.
- Add chillies, onion, salt and pepper. Stir in drained corn. Heat oil for shallow frying
- Drop tbspfuls full of batter into hot oil and fry till browned on both sides. Serve hot.
