
Ingredients:
• 1/4 kg – Brinjal
• 1 cup – curds
• For Masala:
• 1/4 tsp – mustard powder
• 1 chilli, finely chopped
• salt to taste
Method:
- Cut the brinjal into long chips.
- Boil in water till tender.
- Strain the boiled chips and remove the extra water.
- Beat the curd, add all the masalas.
- Put the brinjal chips and mix well.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
