
Ingredients:
• 4 eggs, separated
• 1/2 cup – grated cheese
• 1/4 cup – Milk
• 1/2 cup – mashed Potato
• 1 tsp – Butter
• salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Beat the egg whites stiff and keep aside.
- Beat the egg yolks well and blend in the mashed potato.
- Add milk and mix thoroughly.
- Fold into the egg whites and add the salt and pepper.
- Melt the butter in a frying pan and pour in the egg mixture.
- Cook until golden brown underneath.
- Sprinkle over with cheese, fold and serve immediately.
