Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – ground meat, cooked
• 2 tbsp – Coconut powder
• 3 tbsp – Cream cheese, softened
• 4 tbsp – sour Cream
• 4 tbsp – mayonnaise
• 1 – Capsicum
• 1/4 cup – Celery
• 2 sprig – Spring onion
• 1/4 tsp – white pepper powder
• 1/4 tsp – salt
• 1 – Green chillies
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice.
Method:
- Marinate the meat with lemon juice and keep aside for 2 hours.
- Then drain the excess water from the meat
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, coconut powder, mayonnaise and sour cream and blend it well.
- Add capsicum, onions, celery, salt, pepper powder, green chillies, drained meat and mix it well
- Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Serve.
