
Ingredients:
• 200 g – all-purpose flour
• 50 g – semolina (sooji)
• 1/2 cup – oil
• 1/2 cup – dried Fenugreek leaves
• 1 tsp -carom seed(ajwain)
• salt to taste
• for frying – vegetable oil
Method:
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and knead a little into a hard dough.
- Keep aside for 10 minutes.
- Make small balls and roll to a size of small pancake on flat board, heat oil in a kadai and deep fry on low flame for some time.
- When it becomes golden from both sides, drain on paper towel.
- Let it cool and store in air tight container.
- Enjoy with tea.
