Ingredients:
• 1 – big Potato cut into small pieces
• 1- medium Onion chopped
• 1 – medium Tomato chopped
• 1 bunch – green Methi chopped
• 1 bunch – Palak (spinach) chopped
• 1/2 tsp t- Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tbsp – Jeera powder
• 1/2 tsp -garam masala
• 1 Clove – Garlic crushed
• 1 tsp – crushed Green chilli
• 1/2 tsp – crushed Ginger
• Salt to taste
• Oil
• 1 tsp – Ghee
Method:
- Fry onion in oil until it turns light brown.
- Add turmeric and ginger and fry.
- Add tomato and cook until it oil separates.
- Add chilli, garlic and other spices.
- Mix potato and salt.
- Cover and cook on a low flame for 1-2 mins.
- Add 3-4 tbsp water, methi and spinach and cook uncovered on low flame till potato softens.
- Add ghee for flavour.
- Serve with parathas or rotis.
