Ingredients:

• 1 – big Potato cut into small pieces
• 1- medium Onion chopped
• 1 – medium Tomato chopped
• 1 bunch – green Methi chopped
• 1 bunch – Palak (spinach) chopped
• 1/2 tsp t- Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tbsp – Jeera powder
• 1/2 tsp -garam masala
• 1 Clove – Garlic crushed
• 1 tsp – crushed Green chilli
• 1/2 tsp – crushed Ginger
• Salt to taste
• Oil
• 1 tsp – Ghee

Method:

  1. Fry onion in oil until it turns light brown.
  2. Add turmeric and ginger and fry.
  3. Add tomato and cook until it oil separates.
  4. Add chilli, garlic and other spices.
  5. Mix potato and salt.
  6. Cover and cook on a low flame for 1-2 mins.
  7. Add 3-4 tbsp water, methi and spinach and cook uncovered on low flame till potato softens.
  8. Add ghee for flavour.
  9. Serve with parathas or rotis.
