
Ingredients:
• 1 kg – lean mince
• 1/2 kg -spicy sausages
• 4- big Tomatoes
• 4 -big Onions
• 10- Cloves of Garlic
• 1 cup – black beans (soaked overnight in water to soften)
• 2 tsp – cumin powder
• 2 tsp – paprika
• 2 tsp – Oregano
• 1 inch squares-a large variety of peppers (red, green, etc.) chopped
Method:
- Saute the onions till nice and brown. Add the garlic and tomatoes.
- Once the tomatoes are liquidified, add the sausages and fry well.
- Add the mince and salt and cook.
- Once the beef is almost cooked, add the peppers and spices and simmer for an hour over a low flame.
