Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Whole Wheat pastry flour
• 1/4 cup – Dark chocolate powder
• 1 tin- Sweetened condensed Milk
• 2/3 cup – Melted Butter
• 150 ml – Water
• 1 tbsp – Vanilla essence
• 1 tsp – Baking soda
• 2 tsp – Baking powder

Method:

  1. Sift together the flour, chocolate powder, baking soda and baking powder in a bowl.
  2. Then in another bowl, mix the melted butter, condensed milk, vanilla essence and water.
  3. Then gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well until it’s smooth though watery.
  4. Now line a baking sheet in a cake mould and pour the batter over the lined baking sheet and bake for 15 mins on high.
  5. Then insert a skewer. If it comes out clean, the cake is done.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes and remove the cake from the mould.
  7. Decorate with confectioner’s sugar.
  8. Serve with hot coffee.
