
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Whole Wheat pastry flour
• 1/4 cup – Dark chocolate powder
• 1 tin- Sweetened condensed Milk
• 2/3 cup – Melted Butter
• 150 ml – Water
• 1 tbsp – Vanilla essence
• 1 tsp – Baking soda
• 2 tsp – Baking powder

Method:
- Sift together the flour, chocolate powder, baking soda and baking powder in a bowl.
- Then in another bowl, mix the melted butter, condensed milk, vanilla essence and water.
- Then gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well until it’s smooth though watery.
- Now line a baking sheet in a cake mould and pour the batter over the lined baking sheet and bake for 15 mins on high.
- Then insert a skewer. If it comes out clean, the cake is done.
- Let it cool for a few minutes and remove the cake from the mould.
- Decorate with confectioner’s sugar.
- Serve with hot coffee.
