Ingredients:
• 1/2 tsp – Chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/4 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1 tsp – Kitchen king masala
• 1 tsp – Coriander powder
• 1 tbsp – Curd
• 250g – Paneer (chopped)
• 2 tbsp – Coriander leaves
• Kasuri Methi for garnish (optional)
• Salt
• To grind to a paste:
• 2 – Tomatoes
• 1/2 – Onion
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1 stick – Cinnamon
• 15 – Cashews
Method:
- In a microwavable container (preferably glass), add 1 tbsp oil, ground paste, salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, kitchen king masala and coriander powder.
- Mix well and microwave for 12 to 14 minutes (check every 3 minutes to stir well).
- Add chopped paneer, curd and microwave for another 1 minute.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and kasuri methi.
