Ingredients:

• 1 cup – besan flour
• 1.5 cup – yogurt diluted with water
• 1/2 tsp – chilli, Garlic and Ginger paste
• Salt to taste
• For Tempering:
• Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp
• Oil – 2 tbsp
• For garnishing: desiccated Coconut
• Coriander leaves – 1/2 bunch.

Method:

  1. Mix besan flour, diluted yogurt, ground masala, salt and make a smooth batter.
  2. Microwave for 5-6 mins.
  3. Meantime, spread butter paper on a table and spread the thick mixture into a thin layer with a wooden spatula before the mixture cools down.
  4. When cool, cut into 2 inch strips and roll each strip.
  5. Put the rolls in a dish.
  6. Heat a little oil in a pan, splutter mustard and pour it over the rolls.
  7. Garnish with desiccated coconut and fresh coriander.
