Ingredients:

• 200 g – Sugar
• 1 cup – Milk
• 250 g – desiccated Coconut
• 1 tsp – Ghee
• 1 tsp – green Cardamom powder
• Colour – optional

Method:

  1. In a microwave bowl add ghee and desiccated coconut.
  2. Cook on high for 2 minutes
  3. Add milk and cook on high for 5 minutes
  4. Add sugar and cardamom powder.
  5. Microwave on high for 15-20 minutes or till the milk is absorbed – stirring in between.
  6. When dry, add food colour with 1 tbsp of milk.
  7. Then remove and spread on a greased plate and cut into desired pieces.
