Ingredients:

• 2 – Potatoes
• 2 – Tomatoes
• 1- Onion
• 1 tbsp – macaroni boiled
• 1 tbsp – broken spaghetti boiled
• 1 tbsp – Cabbage boiled
• 1 tbsp – Onions chopped
• 1 tbsp – Carrot grated
• 1 sprig – Spring onion chopped
• 1 tbsp – Butter
• 1 tbsp – cheese grated
• 1/4 tsp – paprika crushed
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• 1 tbsp – Tomato sauce
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Chop potatoes, tomatoes, and onion into chunks.
  2. Add 6 cups water and pressure-cook till pulpy.
  3. Cool, blend in a mixie, strain, keep aside.
  4. Heat butter, add cabbage, onion, carrot, spring onion, stir fry for 2 mins.
  5. Add stock, boil for 10 mins.
  6. Add paprika, salt, sugar, sauce, macaroni, spaghetti, mix well.
  7. Transfer to serving bowl, sprinkle grated cheese.
  8. Serve hot.
