Ingredients:
• 150 ml – Milk (75 ml Milk + 75 water)
• 2 tbsp – Rice flour
• 2 tsp – Sugar
• 4 tbsp – condensed Milk
• 3 pinches – Cardamom powder
• 1 tbsp – Pistachio or Almond slices (optional)
• 3 – flat earthen bowls
• 1/2 tsp – Saffron ( optional )
Method:
- Arrange the earthen bowls.
- Boil diluted milk, and add rice flour little by little and stir constantly on a low heat.
- Keep stirring on low heat for 12 – 15 minutes or till the rice flour blends well the milk.
- At this point, add 2 tsp sugar and stir constantly for 5 minutes on a low heat.
- Now the rice mixture is very thick in consistency.
- Remove from fire and add 4 tbsp condensed milk and stir well for 3 minutes.
- Pour 1 ladle spoon ( 50 – 75 ml ) rice mixture in each earthen bowls and decorate with almond or pistachio slices and saffron.
- Sprinkle cardamom powder on top.
- Keep aside to cool and later frozen it for 3 hours.
