Ingredients:

• 150 ml – Milk (75 ml Milk + 75 water)
• 2 tbsp – Rice flour
• 2 tsp – Sugar
• 4 tbsp – condensed Milk
• 3 pinches – Cardamom powder
• 1 tbsp – Pistachio or Almond slices (optional)
• 3 – flat earthen bowls
• 1/2 tsp – Saffron ( optional )

Method:

  1. Arrange the earthen bowls.
  2. Boil diluted milk, and add rice flour little by little and stir constantly on a low heat.
  3. Keep stirring on low heat for 12 – 15 minutes or till the rice flour blends well the milk.
  4. At this point, add 2 tsp sugar and stir constantly for 5 minutes on a low heat.
  5. Now the rice mixture is very thick in consistency.
  6. Remove from fire and add 4 tbsp condensed milk and stir well for 3 minutes.
  7. Pour 1 ladle spoon ( 50 – 75 ml ) rice mixture in each earthen bowls and decorate with almond or pistachio slices and saffron.
  8. Sprinkle cardamom powder on top.
  9. Keep aside to cool and later frozen it for 3 hours.
