Ingredients:
• 1.5 kg – minced Meat
• 6 tbsp – minced Garlic
• 3 tsp – minced fresh Ginger root
• 6 fresh Green chilli peppers, diced
• 3 medium red onion, diced
• 1 cup – fresh cilantro, finely chopped
• 1/2 cup – low sodium soya sauce
• 2 tbsp – Oregano
• 2 tbsp – ground dry mustard
• 2 dash – Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp – salt
Method:
- Preheat the grill for high heat.
- In a bowl, mix the ground minced meat with all the other ingredients.
- Shape into burger patties.
- Lightly oil the grill.
- Place burgers on the grill, and cook 5 -10 minutes per side, until well done.
