Ingredients:

• 500 g minced Meat
• 1 cup oil
• 3 tsp ginger-garlic paste
• 2 tbsp coriander powder
• 2 tsp Jeera powder
• 1 tsp Haldi powder
• 1 tsp or less Red Chilli powder
• 1 cup fried Onion paste
• 2 tbsp Tomato puree
• Green Apple pieces – 1 tbsp
• Dates – a handful

Method:

  1. Heat the oil and put the minced meat into the pan.
  2. Saute until all the water is absorbed and the meat is dry.
  3. Lower the heat and mix in the ginger-garlic paste.
  4. Stir gently and mix in salt to taste.
  5. Now, mix in the fried onion paste and stir-fry for 2 minutes more.
  6. Add the green apple pieces, dates and the remaining oil and continue to cook on low fire.
  7. Cover with a lid after adding 2-3 tbsp water and cook on low fire till the minced meat becomes tender.
  8. Serve with rotis.
