Ingredients:
• 500 g minced Meat
• 1 cup oil
• 3 tsp ginger-garlic paste
• 2 tbsp coriander powder
• 2 tsp Jeera powder
• 1 tsp Haldi powder
• 1 tsp or less Red Chilli powder
• 1 cup fried Onion paste
• 2 tbsp Tomato puree
• Green Apple pieces – 1 tbsp
• Dates – a handful
Method:
- Heat the oil and put the minced meat into the pan.
- Saute until all the water is absorbed and the meat is dry.
- Lower the heat and mix in the ginger-garlic paste.
- Stir gently and mix in salt to taste.
- Now, mix in the fried onion paste and stir-fry for 2 minutes more.
- Add the green apple pieces, dates and the remaining oil and continue to cook on low fire.
- Cover with a lid after adding 2-3 tbsp water and cook on low fire till the minced meat becomes tender.
- Serve with rotis.
