Ingredients:
• Bread slices – 8
• Fish fillet – 250 gms
• For Mint and Coriander Chutney:
• Mint leaves – 1/2 cup
• Coriander leaves – 1 cup
• Green chillies – 3-4
• Onion – 1 small
• Garlic – 6 flakes
• Ginger – a slice
• Cumin – 1 tsp
• Roasted gram – 2-3 tbsp
• Salt and Lime juice – to taste
• Sugar – 1 tsp optional
Method:
- Apply salt, freshly crushed back pepper and lime juice to taste to the fish.
- Leave aside for 10 minutes. Steam for 10 minutes. Cool and chop.
- Spread the bread slices with chutney and sandwich two slices together with fish.
- Make four sandwiches. Cut each sandwich into two parts.
- For Mint and Coriander Chutney:
- Grind all the ingredients together.
