Ingredients:

• Bread slices – 8
• Fish fillet – 250 gms
• For Mint and Coriander Chutney:
• Mint leaves – 1/2 cup
• Coriander leaves – 1 cup
• Green chillies – 3-4
• Onion – 1 small
• Garlic – 6 flakes
• Ginger – a slice
• Cumin – 1 tsp
• Roasted gram – 2-3 tbsp
• Salt and Lime juice – to taste
• Sugar – 1 tsp optional

Method:

  1. Apply salt, freshly crushed back pepper and lime juice to taste to the fish.
  2. Leave aside for 10 minutes. Steam for 10 minutes. Cool and chop.
  3. Spread the bread slices with chutney and sandwich two slices together with fish.
  4. Make four sandwiches. Cut each sandwich into two parts.
  5. For Mint and Coriander Chutney:
  6. Grind all the ingredients together.
