Ingredients:

• 2 cups – atta flour
• 1/4 cup – Mint leaves (chopped)
• 1 tbsp – nigella seeds/kalonji seeds
• Maida flour for dusting
• 1/2 cup – yogurt
• salt to taste
• oil for

Method:

  1. Mix the atta flour, chopped mint leaves, nigella seeds and salt in a bowl.
  2. Gradually add the yogurt and enough water and knead a soft and smooth dough.
  3. Let the dough sit for half an hour.
  4. Make small balls from the dough. Dust with maida flour and roll them into medium-sized discs.
  5. Heat a griddle and gently drop a disc. Drizzle a few drops of oil and cook the paratha on both sides until brown spots appear.
  6. Cook the remaining parathas one by one.
  7. Serve with a spicy gravy.
