Fresh curd raita with mint leaves and spices
2 cups curd
2 tbsp mint leaves
1 tbsp green coriander leaves
1 green chilli
1 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp chaat masala powder
1 tbsp crisp boondi (soaked in water)
Salt to taste
1. Grind mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilli to a smooth paste using as little water as possible.
2. Beat curd with water until smooth.
3. Add mint paste, salt, sugar, cumin powder, chaat masala powder, black pepper powder and mix well.
4. Now add soaked bundis. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve chilled.
