Ingredients:

• 1.5 cups – Wheat flour
• 1 cup – Oats flour
• 1/4 cup – quick cooking oats
• 1/4 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1/2 cup – Mint leaves (chopped finely)
• salt to taste
• 1 cup – yogurt
• 2 tbsp – all-purpose flour (for dusting)
• oil for cooking

Method:

  1. Make a soft dough with the wheat flour, oats flour, cumin seed powder, quick cooking oats, chopped mint leaves, salt, yogurt and water. Keep aside for half an hour.
  2. Make 10-12 medium-sized balls from the dough. Dust the dough balls with all-purpose flour and roll out flat round discs.
  3. Heat a few drops of oil and cook the paratha on both sides until it turns golden brown.
  4. Serve hot with any side dish.
