 
            Ingredients:
  • 1 cup – Wheat flour 
 • 1/2 cup – Rice flour 
 • 1/2 cup – Maida 
 • 1/2 cup – besan 
 • 1/2 tsp – chilli powder 
 • 2 tsp – sesame seeds 
 • 1 tsp – Cumin seeds 
 • 2 tbsp – Butter 
 • salt to taste 
 • oil to fry 
Method:
- Mix all the flours together.
- Add chilli powder, salt, sesame seeds and cumin seeds.
- Rub in the butter.
- Add enough water to make a stiff paste.
- Fill a chakli mould with some of the prepared mixture.
- Press into 5 cm discs of concentric circles, on a sheet of plastic.
- Transfer the discs carefully into moderately hot oil.
- Fry on moderate flame till crisp and golden brown.
- Use all the mixture thus.
- Cool and store in an airtight container.
