Ingredients:

• 6 – small Onions
• 2 tsp – chopped Mint
• 2 – large, ripe Tomatoes
• 1 – medium-sized Cucumber
• 1 – Lettuce
• salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp – pepper powder
• 1 tsp – Lime juice or Vinegar

Method:

  1. Wash and wrap the lettuce in a towel to dry.
  2. Chop the tomatoes, cucumber and onions.
  3. Shred the lettuce into strips and lay in a bowl. Add the chopped onions, cucumber, tomatoes and mint.
  4. Sprinkle salt and pepper and drizzle lime juice or vinegar. Shake the bowl so that it mixes evenly.
